DH - Greg disagrees but I think we are seeing a combination of :
Presidential settlement rally
Year end rally
FED rate cut rally

The fundamental story has not changed
I do not believe a full blown rercession has been priced in and I think one is coming next year.

Until proven otherwise I am sticking with naz 1900 (next year) but the bottom for this yaer is likely in.

At any rate - There is a reasonable chance for a rally from now until 2nd week in Jan.

Right now a rally is a rally and most will take it no questions asked. (Note there is still a reasonable chance for a retest of 2500 this year) but I also believe that will hold if it happens at all.

Bull on a election settlement
Neutral to bullish from now till mid-jan in general
All hell breaks loose in late jan or feb - we will see
