Cable is a shared medium. Having said that even with slowdown cable speeds are still very good. I think whoever reaches the customer first and provides good service will win. Service from people like Rhythms have been horrible. One advantage of cable is that people are already used to paying extra for premium services via cable so high speed net access would be another service. Anindo
