FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 2000--Magicinc.com (OTCBB:MAGC - news) chairman,
Gordon Scott Venters, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with LaFace Records' recording artist, Sam
Salter, to star in its optioned upcoming feature ``Liberty City.'' LaFace Records currently distributes worldwide through
BMG Entertainment, the music and entertainment division of Bertelsmann AG, one of the world's leading media
companies.
Sam Salter was quickly signed to LaFace Records when his demo reached the desk of music legend Antonio ``L.A.''
Reid. L.A. Reid currently is the President of Arista Records succeeding Clive Davis.
Sam Salter's debut album ``It's on Tonight'' currently has sold over 250,000 copies and climbing. His new album is
currently due out, early next year, on the LaFace Records label.
