Well Carl, There's the DEM's view is that this whole thing is a conspiracy by the GOP-TEAM-BUSH to perpetrate !!FRAUD!! and steal the election. If there is a conspiracy, then you need shady cloaked characters with long knives as central players and hacks have to become part of the language and nomenclature. And of course hacks sneaking around in the dead of night to add color to the plot. :) The GOP's view of course is that ever since those !!CHADS ON THE FLOOR!! DEM-TEAM-GORE has been perpetrating !!FRAUD!! and trying to define voter-intent in Broward is = stealing the election. My point even from day 1 (and Bosco can attest to this), is that unlike what people think, manual hand- "count" is not a simple B&W concept. Note even the disparity between Broward's count fn vs Palm Beach count fn. Seems pretty strong indication that human counters are imperfect beings that lack the objectivity (errors and all) of machines. If either of Lewis or Clark throws out absentee ballots tomorrow, should be an interesting day. Hope the ruling comes in before market closes. Could be some buying opportunity... SbH
