Dan, I just want to see if I understand the bottom line of people here. Is it the responsibility of the voter to follow voting procedure or risk not having his/her vote counted? That is what I am hearing. But if you are not saying that, you must agree that a manual recount should be allowed to still try to ascertain their voting intention. At some point it has to be black or white and not gray. Attemtp to count or not count!
