Gravis Board of Directors

Lee: I suggest that you pose those same questions to John Campbell and Grant Russell -- Current board members that I think have done us a disservice.
John Campbell @ CWC Capital - 604 669 1500
Grant Russell @ Gravis - 1800-663 8558 ext.1051
Check out Canada Stockwatch and click on B.C. Securities Commission insider trading reports:
Grant Russell has cashed in 156000 shares since 12/07/95 and 68000 of them when it spiked over $1.00 last Jan96 ( also check out what he did with his Sanctuary Wood shares-he dumped at all time highs,$9.00, right before it crashed)
John Campbell was issued 50000 shares and Grant Russell 100000 shares in 1994 with the exercise price at $3.32. These options were REPRICED in the 1995 proxy to $1.18. In addition, John Campbell awarded himself another 50000 at $1.18.This is in the midst of massive losses in the share price, from $3.09 in 1994 to $1.38 in 1995 ( ending January) to the current $.50.
Larry Russell and Carlton Babb, the board members that abruptly quit in March were also awarded 100000 shares during this time period.
There is no accountability here to the shareholders. It is a cesspool of self dealing.
Take your pick.
