This is the only race in Fla. History where hand-counting territorial advantages went to a single candidate...not because the other guy always asked for his territory, but because it's NEVER happened in a state-wide race in Fla. In county races, it has always covered ALL precincts unless perhaps it was a localized machine failure or localized fraud. This not being the case here, only statewide counting is legal under our constitution and any intent of the Fla. State Legislature you can point to.
