Duh, I could see that one a mile off, which is why I called your attempt to twist the rationale BS. Anyway, there was nothing wrong with the ballots, nor is there any difficulty in discerning voter intent. The lack of an ID number would have been immaterial to identifying the voter as being registered, and given the prior permission to pre- print the numbers, filling them in for the voters was trivial. But the main thing is that there is no way to identify the ballots resulting from the supplementation, and it is inequitable to throw out absentee ballots wholesale when the matter is so trivial.........
