Nice to see you changing that spin line "Dubya signed a law preferring manual recounts over electronic recounts". I've noticed since I brought my research here into that area, the tune of radical left wing Democrats such as yourself, has changed quite a bit regarding that spin line. Thanks for confirming my research was correct. The rest of your cut and past post I agree with. However, when compared to manual counts, properly operating machine counts are more accurate.
