The true stock certificates were mailed to me after the IPO (it took 4-5 months, I was shocked it took so long) with the restriction dates clearly printed on the back. We had stock certificates prior to the IPO as well, for stock that I had exercised years prior, but I had to mail those back in to some law firm that was handling the IPO and subsequently I got the new ones. There were all these papers By the way once you get your certificates you may as well just hold on to them because you cannot trade them nor can you use them for margin if you have a margin account. At Schwab they take these certificates and put them into their restricted shares office... my broker (not Schwab) wouldn't take mine until they were past the restriction period. By the time we wanted to trade our shares I just mailed them into the brokerage then and went from there. Good Luck. Do you work for @home?
