Bell has had nothing to do with the recent sell off. Overvalued stocks from MSFT, CSCO on down have been sold off. In the case of ATHM, this pretty but beaten up and abused baby is getting thrown out with the dirty bathwater created by the overhyped / overvalued Nasdaq big caps.

I recently added 3000 ATHM (above 5) and 2000 ATT below 20. I was happy to see the great interview on thestreet.com with Mark Perkins who seems to agree with my brute force style of investing in value.

I also was happy to see him recommended the controller of cable broadband pipes, ATT & MT of which I own 40000. I plan to add another 10000 MT (nobody likes MT but Mark Perkins and I) <g>.

Another thing he said I liked;

The analysts and the brokers. They don't know anything. Why do they always downgrade stocks after the bad earnings come out? Where's the guy that downgrades them before the bad earnings come out? That's the smart guy. But I don't know any of them. They're rare, they're very rare. They're rarer than Jesse Jackson at a Klan meeting. <I/>

And it appears he remembers my buddy;

Traders don't ever tell the truth. They just don't. Brokers ... I mean, for God's sake. ...
