Best of luck to you all in your efforts, but as catlady will likely testify to, it will likely be a waste of your time. THEY DON'T CARE! Get it? I know, I have been down this road(incorporating BM) as well as many other roads with them in ther past two years. They just don't care. They'll tell you they are listening and they are working on a solution, but after a few months, you'll figure it out.....all talk. Good luck though.
