One of the things about being a lurker is that you feel like you know everyone. Chic used to post quite a bit and is definitely sharp. I'd actually like to hear what he thinks even if I won't necessarily agree. thanks jeff, I don't remember you being around when I used to frequent this thread when INTC was making all time highs a few months ago. I sure don't have the nerve to short Intel or CSCO These are "core short and holds" for me. I don't have any worries given that each has over 7 BILLION shares and it will take a lot to move them. Both are going to single digits and I'll ride the bumps until then. Neither will make me rich, but neither will wipe me out. I mostly position trade options (NOT daytrade per se), but needed something for a sit and hold. It's crazy to be long anything in this market, except maybe Gold. But even I covered that a few months ago, although it's starting to look like Gold might be poised for a violent move any day now. Tech is in maybe the 2nd inning of decline. I firmly believe we've seen nothing yet. chic
