Mark, I've been watching this company for a while, do you think this is a good time to start buying? My reasons for buying would be, 1) trading at 0.7 * book value 2) Insider buying 3) Just One hot product could make this stock tripple in price My reasons for not buying are 1) Very large insider positions ( this is basically a private company ) 2) Very Very generous options packages for insiders 3) R&d expenditure would indicate that they have about 8 engineers. This will only allow them to engage in 3 projects per year. With this in mind it seems silly to be spread across two market segments, SRAM and DSP. 4) Large inventory (An inventory write down would greatly reduce BV ) 5) Poison Pill ( If they design a good product no one will be able to takeover the company, especially in view of the large insider positions) On the whole I think I'll take a small position, Any thoughts?
