Thanks for the info, however still couldn't find a newstand that carries Worth.

I am also an owner Of GIFT (i guess you would agree with me that all owners of GIFT are gifted and willing to take some calculated risk.)

Everyone is asking for the latest quarterly report and it doesn't mean anything to me at this time. Let me explain why in a scenerio below:

At this time only IBM, ADOBE and the other four have licensed E-data's patent. Say each one of them is paying $10K. The quarterly report would show a revenue of $60K, after expenses, zipo.

Say United Airline were to let anyone travel for free, what do you think their share price would be, low right? That's the same for E-data having a low share price. I think it's time for those illegal vendors to pay up. No more free rides.

The only way for E-data share price to go higher is to enforce the patent more aggressively. I hope E-data's chief attorney is reading this. Sending out amnesty program to those illegal internet vendor is like playing softball. It's time for some hard ball. My suggestion is to threaten them with lawsuit that could cost them millions instead of the licensing fee of say $10K. Charge them with 10% of their total revenue all the way back when they first started business transaction on the internet. Say revenue $5 million for 2 years, that will be
$10M x 10% which is $1 million
