Yeah, unbelievable. I have looked all over and there is no reason for this that is FA sound. Dollar still down below 114, Gold holding 273, I see no good news at all so either they are padding for bad news to give a cushion area or someone already knows the employment numbers or else they know Bush will sweep all three court decisions. Everything I read and hear that is looking at crporate earnings is saying that revenues and earnings across the board will likely fall at least until the 2nd Q of 2001 and a turn up then is still no guarantee. As I have been posting for over a week, I was bullish leaning but with all three verdicts due today I sold all my longs over the last couple days and went to cash planning on buying a few small positions back yesterday afternoon. I had a no notice meeting which kept me from getting back in and now it looks like I will have to chase or hope bad news hits from the Fla courts and catch the next wave. I wonder if the BLS cooked the employment report again and everyone knows it? Remember the old days when we rallied on 12 of these in a row? Good Luck, Lee
