bambs, My feeling is that the momentum downward for the Naz has come to an end. I don't see the Nasdaq under 3500 by year end. My reason is that the Intel/MSFT types have bottomed out and will move modestly higher. However, the high growth sectors will be flying and lift the average in a big way. EMLX upped their guidance slightly this morning. Ciena raised numbers yesterdays.
That is what the new money will be chasing and the shorts are going to get hit big in those types of stocks.

JNPR is going to rocket! Cisco will outperform WINTEL. I think it is finally ready to gain. I don't have a large position in Cisco...I usually buy it when I get concerned about holding my higher PE stocks like JNPR, PMCS. Now I am worried about them and therefore scaled down my Cisco position.
Cisco is a defensive stock in my trading.
