(NASDAQ: ADTC - news; BSI: DTI) announced today is has received incorporation documentation and business certification from the People's Republic of China for its joint venture as BEIJING A.D.TECH ELECTRONICS Co. Ltd herein referred to as ``BAE''. BAE has been formed to sell and manufacture metallized films for electronic components, microwave packaging and electrostatic packaging. A.D.TECH is participating on a 25% equity basis in combination with two prominent corporate partners from China and one from Taiwan. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2001. BAE will utilize technology know how and patents presently owned by A.D.TECH, Inc.
