Hi Tim - don't read too much of my curosity, I am genuinely interested in learning from you why you are so certain of the outcomes. If you think the 3 cases didn't have enough "factual and legal support," that is good enough for me. I ve not read anything with regard to the Dem fud. Ultimately, they are up to the judges of the respective cases --- and we should know soon enough. I tend to think that the political situation is a one way street. If Gov Bush prevails, no negative reaction. If VP Gore has a reversal of fortune somehow, the mkt may tank. However, this situation certainly doesn't cause an INTC upgrade, which may be seen as a sign of bottom to all the cash waiting on the sideline best, Bosco
