Disagreements, like what, not getting paid within 120 days, perhaps?? LOL !!

There are very few disagreements that would make an advertising agency resign an account... Let me say that again very very few.

I don't know any specifics, but one of the few that could cause this is the possibility of not getting paid.

Often advertising agencies gain access to confidential information (for example they help create the fluffy content part of the annual report, and typeset the whole thing). This company resigning the account is, in all likelihood, a portent of bad news to come, although there is always an outside chance that some other disagreement caused this.
