CR, just finished reading the 8k. I sure would like to loan some money on those terms! Do I have to move to the Caymans to do it? These "investors" will double their money if the stock goes up OR down. Their worst nightmare would be for it to sit at $25 or so in which case they make 5% plus 10%, some worst case! Looks to me like they have used the shareholders as collateral. The upside has been sold off and the downside rewarded.
