Jenna, are you recommending "long" positions now even though a potential negative ruling around noon might tank the Market? I know chances are Gore will lose all three rulings, but just curious if you are factoring in the possibility of a pro-Gore ruling. There is so much news that could turn the Markets on a dime. Sorry, don't mean to monopolize the boards this morning. I'll shut up for awhile.
