Corporation, (OTC: PLFM), the developer of the revolutionary Airborne Relay
Communications 'ARC System,' for wireless voice and data communications, announced
today it has scheduled a Shareholders Teleconference for Thursday, December, 14, at
4:00 PM EST.

The call-in number will be 719-457-2665. The replay number will be 719-457-0820. The
access code for both will be #492738. The teleconference will also be simulcast on the
