Dear Neocon: I just read a nasty article regarding Judge Sauls and the FSC justices. Seems he had a major runin with them some time ago and 5 of those justices are still on the court. They have since overturned something like 1/3 of his rulings brought before them. Goes on and on but the bottom line is they may be unwilling to let Judge Sauls ruling stand even if correct as not willing to let him be the last word and get into the history books. After reading that article, meant I think, to be a slam on judge Sauls, I have a real bad taste in my mouth for these FSC judges. JDN
