Claiming they have done the shareholders a disservice is
IMHO a fairly heavy accusation.

But suggesting they be contacted for their viewpoints is
a valid suggestion, ... however I am not certain as to whether
they are required to respond. Normally (I believe) members
of the board are PAID for every meeting they attend, and
every discussion they have with regard to the company on whose
board they sit. I'm not keen on seeing Gravis lose more money on
overhead/admin/management expenses while Board Members answer
my questions, when there is a forum (such as the annual meeting)
set up to address these such items (and questions).

Presumeably John Campbell and Grant Russel will be at the
Annual Meeting, which is the forum for Shareholders to
access the Board Members and raise comments/complaints/suggestions?

We need a cooperative Board representing the Shareholders; not
a disruptive one. As mentioned earlier in the thread, the members
on the board must all be level-headed.
