I took a position in Gehl about 15 months ago at 8 1/4. At that time the PE was under 6. I've been most impressed by the large reduction in the company debt over the past several years since the current management took over in 92(?).

The construction side is directly related to the business cycle. However the agriculture side is much more dependent upon the price of milk,soybeans, weather, etc. Those conditions look pretty good right now (except for the weather in some parts of the country).
