On Dec 5th I sent this note to Nokia Investors Relations:

To Whom It May Concern,

Does Nokia intent to manufacture the next generation of CDMA phones (1X
or 144 mbps) in the near future for the Korean and Japanese Markets. If
yes then are you in talks to get a license from Qualcomm.
