Edderd, how true. Few people ( except physicians physicians I suppose )
understand the magnitude of this problem.Men/patients rarely talk
about it because they know there is nothing anybody can do( by and large,
that is, non-invasively ).
Where did you get 15-20 times increase capacity? My info says 4-5 times.
There areno shares to be shorted available as of today at Merrill-Lynch
who reportedly was one of the largest shorters in the beginning;this may
be true of other brokers. Yesterday the Wall Street J,( or maybe on
Tuesday ) showed that that short interest April15 was ~ 4800000 shares
and on May 15 it had incresed to only ~ 4900000 shares ( ie by only
100000 shares in one month when the stock took a big dive ( I think
~ 15 points ) . Thus I suspect the selling pressure is off; ( also,
stock owners may have taken their shares off the market after the big
short sale ( angry stock owners ?!? ) ;( you can do that: just instruct
your broker you don't want your shares to be loaned out to a shorter ).

Also I think that all those without the mental fortitude to hold on to the
stock after a 50 point ( 70% loss ) dive are gone.So the only holders
now I suppose are the "true believers " ( and I suppose a few who
are too shell shocked to sell and are holding for dear life.)

So selling pressure may be off. At this point then who is brave enough
to buy this stock? My guess is ( disclaimer ) that it is only those
who have done the fundamental research as you mentioned and can see
through the noise; see 1 -2 years down the road; I think only
these guys would want to buy " this turkey ?! " on down market days.
By the same token then these people will be unlikely to sell soon.
Perhaps also believing patients may be buying it [ seniors in Florida?
Arizona? there are some very sharp investors out there with cash flow
who do their homework: they are not likely to sell either I suspect.

that these people
