Dan, Actually, The Indonesia Fund, IF, is selling at a 20%+ premium, but lots of luck borrowing it for a short sale. I have tried and it is not that easy. But that would be the route I'd try first, as it is the best hedge and a premium puts you up on the game, so you may want to ask your broker if any is available for borrowing.
