Dow Jones reported today's surge due to retail investors simply deciding it's time to buy. No company news to explain surge. Excerpts follow:

"NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--TriTeal Corp. (TEAL) shares jumped 16% Thursday, apparently on the strength of retail investors satisfied that the stock has reached its bottom."
"...a spokeswoman for the Carlsbad, Calif., software company said the rise wasn't prompted by any news issued by the company...."
"...A trader said the stock's heavy trading volume was led by retail investors rather than the institutional market. He said the vast majority of the stock's trades were less than 1,000 shares each...."
''Selling has dried up,'' the trader said. ''The stock has apparently reached the level where the public wants to buy it.''
