Believes that activity levels at this center (which appears to account for about 20%-25% of company's U.S. unit volume) suggests that company is likely to meet or exceed firm's $1 bln revenue est. for the Dec. qtr. Says AMZN appears to be executing on its near-term and long-term financial and operating goals. Firm reiterates BUY rating
