Based on these details, it seems that the Big 3, Nortel, Lucent, and Cisco are the main customers worldwide for these chips. To the benefit of these companies, would be to use all chipset suppliers to compete for business. They would not want any single company to be "Intel". They want competition.

Seems that customer concentration and high %s are the norm here.

Margins are close.

Factual, do you own PMC? My point is revenues for CNXT's networking have grown as fast, similar margins as PMC, why should all of CNXT be valued at 1/4 of PMC?
