There is another problem ... in using PEGs. Because it is a pricing method rather than a valuation method,

I don't understand the distinction you're making between pricing and valuation methods. Please clarify.

users are making guesses about how other investors will behave, not just about how the company will do.

Please shoe me one valuation method that doesn't do the same. There is no aboslute fair value. Fair value is nothing more than a perception of investors.
