TopCat, I do realize that these shares are not outstanding right now, but with acquisitions they will be. Chances to have 60,000,000 shares approved are extremely high. 8 million new shares are already approved. Also, many employee salaries are being paid by with loads of stock. Shares are pretty much being handed out at will.

Good acquisitions will make good earnings. However, decent profitability will take quite a while with such a tremendous float as new acquitions are realized. This dilution is bad for the present stock price, but is vital if the company is to receive serious earnings in the future.

You are definitely correct that earnings will increase proportionally. My point is that earnings will take quite a while to be realized with a large float and new acquistions. The company is doing everything that it can to turn this company into a big time player.
