Jim, The Dade canvassing board, Democrats, refused to recount the ballots 3 times 1. They were told by KH that they would be breaking the law. 2. They didn't feel they had enough time. 3. It was Thanksgiving. They had Republican thugs outside, and they didn't think they had enough time.
