Judge Clark rules against the ridiculous claims of the democrats.

The ruling was, as it stated, despite irregularities which was a nice way of saying despite what was done wrong. The claims, as you put it, were admitted to have been done. They violated state statutes. The judge was simply not willing to penalize the votes for others' wrongdoing. Spin does not make it into something ("ridiculous") it was not.

The court upheld the rights of the votes to count. Interesting concept, isn't it? Know of any others that should count...?
