<<it will not stop interested parties from continuing to delve into recounting behavior through the Freedom of Information Act, and likely treating us all to a drip-drip of sleazy news that will continue to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the FLorida outcome.>>

Let me tell you something. Even if those parties hire the conservative think tank, the Hoover institution, manned with students from Young Americans for Freedom, supervised by Fallwell and Pat Robertson to do the FOIA recounting, and stratifying votes by all the various categories(hanging, pregnant, dimpled, etc) and even if the votes are found my the strictest of those methods, trust me as I say this to you, as I verily say it to you.

The spin will be on the high RPM setting to, get this, de-legitimitize the count process.

It will then go into high gear and analogize to sport events where bad calls were discovered after the game ended, but the outcome of the games were not changed.

It will do no good as a tool to convince the hard core, but it will be remembered and perhaps it will provide resolve for the future.
