They said there will be a "statement" at 4:00, not a ruling. They will say (Sorry, Al) We don't have jurisdiction. They won't take the case. Anything else will cause another rebuke or a clear reversal from the United States Supreme Court. I hope they say their decision on November 13th will remain vacated; and the status reverts back to the laws or rules in effect before the November 7th election. Otherwise, Florida's electoral votes are in jeopardy; as the US Congress can reject them all, and then Al Gore would win, having a majority of electoral votes.
Which is what they undoubtedly have been hoping for.

Serial Litigator Al and Lieberman won't give up.
The Courts are not the place to resolve this. Congress will. Learn about your constitution.

There is still the strong possibility Gore will try to get some electors to switch.
These guys are disgusting. They are trying to claim Cheney lives in Texas, not Wyoming, and since the Prez and VEEP can't both live in the same state; they lose the electoral votes from one of them.

And the Democrats are still trying to throw out military votes that came in after November 7th but within the 10 days allowed by the Federal consent decrees.
Scumbags.
