No need as I do admit to thinking Gore could make up the difference...but this was before I saw the Palm Beach county handcount results. (174 more for Gore, still reported incorrectly by MSNBC who is saying 215, BTW.) and realized Dade had stacked Gore precincts in front of Bush precincts when the started their hand recount... Of course the sample counties, especially the test precincts were major Gore, which at first glance gave the idea that any hand recount would incorrectly favor Gore very heavily. Took a little digging to figure out just how front loaded Gore was. Jim
