I don't think I have to check again. I'd covered that already...the only instances when counting didn't commence in all precincts was if it was localized fraud or machine failure, and not always then if the count wasn't so close and a candidate conceded.

Plus, I see the Fla. Supreme Court agrees with me. I'll take that. I've been saying a court would rule this way, all or nothing, all along, even if to your displeasure.

Smiles here, save that this counting can be still subject to the margin of error inherent. If counting indeed goes forward, we'll have to see how close the tally is in the end, to know if the result could swing either way with successive countings.
