Specifically what the FL SC did was overturn Judge Sauls ruling, add the Gore 'votes' that have already been counted in the manual recounts and then say that manual recounts of all undervotes where "such a recount has not already occurred" should commence immediately in all Florida counties that use the same voting procedure.

Is that a violation of Florida State law?
