it was not a state-wide recount. it was a recount of the undervote only in those counties involved at the trial court level and those 13 other counties that utilized the same type of voting machine and had undercounts as a result. all of these ballots can be manually examined in 24 hours.

well, here it is. our so-called constitutional crisis (even though the constitution tells us exactly what happens). two slates of electors are going to be sent to vote and the U.S. Congress will end up deciding which slate is valid. end result, bush wins.
