Despite my wish for fairness, I'm afraid the rules as they stood will be followed, and we'll never get this count done. Doing it may not prove anything, but if doing it gives one candidate a commanding lead beyond the margin of error, and that guy is Gore, I believe he'll be the next President even if chosen ultimately by the US Congress. If the count remains this close, I believe no matter who wins it, Bush will prevail, like it or not.

As it stands now, even FOX seems to be forgetting the USSC threw out the prior Fla. court order, and the count perhaps stands at 830 and not 5??. A big mess it is.
