Florida Supreme Court rules for Gore cnn.com In a 4-3 decision, the Florida Supreme Court has reversed a lower court ruling in Al Gore's contest of the presidential election and ordered manual recounts tobegin immediately. So, will the thugs, er, Republican Congressional staffers be taking the redeye to Tallahassee? Or will W and Co. relax and let Jeb and the legislature deliver the votes?
