The market was up already 200 on the court ruling prior to AGs little speech...not that the little speech wasn't what the market wanted to hear. Then we sold of the next day...Now it seems Gore is down to his last chance, save buying off some electoral votes in other states... Jim, What kind of tall tale are you trying to weave? The major impetus for the rally on Tues. was AG...no one expected him to be so conciliatory towards the markets. That's why the Naz had its greatest gain ever in one day......10%. BTW, since the FL Supreme CT ruled, Naz futures are up sharply. ted
