We disagree. That is voter error, save if it's just a plain dimple, in which case you can't divine a vote fairly, clearly. Also, without chads floating around, the machines are next to perfect. If there is a design flaw, it is in the ballot itself, because the detached chads from them, fill holes and foul the machines and the count. No matter however, at this point. Dimples alone still can represent no votes by the rules, and should not be counted.
