Not all that partisan - the vote was four to three.

It'll be interesting to see if they can get it done by the 12th. This may end up providing the Legislature with the legal justification for deciding the election. The legislature reconvenes after the deadline is up. That is the date after which federal law allows them to act if the election is still not settled by that time.
