Dimples alone still can represent no votes by the rules, and should not be counted
Nobody has yet explained how dimples just appear in a ballot card. They just arent that fragile. Human observation can pick out the cases where a stylus was put in each hole or somthing. I don't believe for a second the theory that thousands of people get up, go to the polls, wait in line for a card, sign their name, get to the table, pick up they stylus and start to vote, push a little, and then just think "To heck with it" and go away.
