OT <This is the worst decision I have ever seen. The Supreme court has taken us back to square 1 all over again. The US Supreme Court is going to have a field day with this ruling. The only silver lining to this decision is that this should be the last time we hear from the complete morons on the FL State Supreme Court.> Well said. This is truly a said day for our Legal System. So much for a non-partisan branch of Government. Our founding fathers are surely rolling in their grave.
