SUNW is a great and honest company in my 4 plus years as a loyal investor. I have been through this as a buyer of TYC when there was a rumor by Tice relating to an accounting irregularity and an investigation by the SEC, which never came to fruition. There was doubt for 4 months or more thereafter then the cloud lifted.

I think that SUNW will make some announcements or hold a conference call on the matter. They must respond to defend themselves. I hope that there will be a swift rebound after the information is fully disseminated.
